Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)

(Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week)

Your tasks:

• Identify and collect requirements to improve Salesforce from users and cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes such as Flow Builder automations, custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports based on those requirements
• Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
• Monitor user adoption and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment including system- and user documentation
• Handle user support tickets and provide proactive guidance to ensure a smooth Salesforce experience

Your profile:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and at least 1 year of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• ideally, you possess a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
