SieKids Kindernest is a bilingual German-English kindergarten and nursery in Erlangen, providing care and education for 67 children aged 8 months to 6 years.
We follow an open-plan approach, that means our rooms are designed to be functional spaces that allow children freedom of choice, independent learning and the freedom to learn at their own pace. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and reliable Native English Speaker (or equivalent C1/C2 English proficiency) to join our bilingual kindergarten team.

Ihr Profil

• Native-level English skills or certified C1/C2 proficiency
• German Level B1
• Interest in working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience in early childhood education is welcome but not required

Ihre Aufgaben

• Communicate with children in English throughout the day
• Create a language-rich and engaging environment
• Support children's language development through play and daily routines
• Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and projects in English
• work closely with our team
• Support communication with international families when needed
• Assist with translations during parent meetings and conversations
• Share cultural experiences and help create an international atmosphere
