International Sales Manager – Asia & Global Markets (W/M/X)

To build on our established international business, we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to drive growth across Asia and selected global markets.

Your Mission

• Take responsibility for developing existing markets, converting commercial opportunities and expanding our international business.
• With a particular focus on Asia and selected additional territories, you will identify the most effective route to market — through direct sales, distribution partnerships or a combination of both.
• Your goal: Develop key markets, establish valuable partnerships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Expand our presence in existing markets, with a focus on strategic countries in Asia.
• Open major international markets by identifying and establishing suitable commercial partnerships.
• Acquire new customers and distribution partners while strengthening existing relationships.
• Develop sales opportunities, lead commercial negotiations and drive successful deal closures.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Clinical Affairs to support international market development.

Ihr Profil:

Your Profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in medical technology or healthcare.
• Strong professional network and in-depth knowledge of Asian healthcare markets.
• Demonstrated success in developing markets, acquiring partners and closing business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, cultural awareness and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of an Asian language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (at least 50%).
